Bindhu Antony has an experience of more than 20 years in legal practice area which includes advisory role in corporate, legal vetting of contracts and agreements, litigation in High Court, various civil and criminal courts, Tribunals including Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Debt Recovery Tribunal etc.
She brings in her past experiences from being an HR and Legal Manager in a UK based IT company and legal consultant in a medical distribution firm.
She handles legal drafting, stream lining the entire Human Resource Department including documentations, preparing company policies and rules and dealing with labour issues. She advises Clients on legal and practical issues associated with workplace investigations, employee discipline etc.
She represents Employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters and provides counseling in connection with HR management, assist Employers and employees’ redressal. She is also a vivid speaker on policies on prevention of Sexual Harassment at work place and related topics.
