Mr. Varghese is having has an experience of more than 20 years in litigation, while holding a Masters degree in Criminology. Mr. Varghese developed substantive litigation practice, spanning virtually all areas of law and in particular corporate law, advisory and litigation in Property Laws and Land Laws, Land Acquisition Laws, Labour Laws, Writs, Civil, Consumer Protection, Criminal and Family Laws and actively practices in the High Court of Kerala and various District and Sessions Courts in Kerala. In addition to the High Court and District Courts he has appeared in various Tribunals like National Green Tribunal, District and State Consumer Forums etc.
Adv. Varghese has experience in providing advice on legal and regulatory compliance issues in respect of various Land and Labour disputes and has diverse experience in legal drafting/ Vetting agreements for Sale, Sale Deeds, Bonds, Legal scrutiny and Title Investigation of immovable properties and due diligence reports, documentation of conveyance deeds etc. He has also had extensive experience in criminal/civil litigation, prosecuting for the state and defending the Government while he was attached to the office of the Ernakulam District Public Prosecutor/Government Pleader for a period of more than 5 years.
